• Planned and initiated transition of CAHNRS Extension fiscal work from around the state to Pullman Business Center• Contract authority for CAHNRS Extension• Expanded Business Center fiscal staff by five to a total of fourteen employees• Created and on boarded personnel tracking system and forms to improve transparency • Streamlined shipping and receiving process from Business Center to departmental responsibility• Created through training and accountability, a pleasant and productive working environment for staff resulting in minimal turnover.• Presented fiscal best practices to remote departments in CAHNRS• Currently in the process of preparing staff and procedures to implement new financial system successfully in CAHNRS• Served as Subject Matter Expert in the areas of purchasing, contracts, travel, and payroll for software implementation

• Serve as primary database manager and point of contact for fiscal reporting needs for athletic fund• Monitors allocation and usage of financial resources for department• Manage fiscal review and reconciliation for both ticketing and athletic fund to the university budget system• Supervise Event Coordinator who plans and executes four large football events, five golf tournaments, and smaller regional dinners• Oversee gift processing for athletics, including a Development Assistant who completes daily gift processing• Provide financial information to CFO for major gift project planning
