About Heidi Cohen

During my sales career, I’ve managed both sales and client management professionals in markets including technology and media. I grew revenue and the bottom line by managing sales and service to a variety of industries including legal entities, professional services firms, government accounts and large academic institutions. In the early days, I was an award-winning individual sales contributor. As I grew professionally, I brought honed skills in team building, coaching, operations and contract negotiation to the teams I have had the pleasure of leading. I’ve coached and supported my teams to be able to consistently reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. We have maximized the value delivered by our products and services to our customer base. I’ve consistently hit revenue targets and achieved President's Club results as a leader. In addition to these professional successes, I bring problem solving skills and deep empathy to my sales leadership, coaching and training work. My legal education and engineering coursework gave me the ability to analyze situations and create viable alternatives and processes. I continue to lead sales and client success teams as well as train and coach sales professionals seeking to influence, connect, and communicate with their customers in a highly impactful way. I help them achieve confidence, new skills, and peak professional performance. I’ve participated in senior level coaching and have a first-hand appreciation of the way it can unlock potential. I continue to give back through volunteer activities focused on women’s organizations and local activism.
