Office Manager
Current- Assistant to the CEO and CFO
- Assist CEO and clients in making construction selections for new construction and remodels to include but not limited to: tile, flooring, appliances, paint selections, windows, lighting, home exterior, and so on
- Construct mock-ups using personal design selections to assist in the process
- Point of contact for two Project Managers and 32 trade workers
- Manage 15-30 projects at any given time ranging from $10,000 - $2M projects
- Manage client files to include: all selections, vendor invoices, plans, permitting documents
