I have over eighteen years of experience in supporting legal counsel in all aspects of law from bankruptcy to litigation and from wills, trusts, and corporate law to environmental defense. My roles as a paralegal, legal assistant, and office manager empowered me to incorporate my personal beliefs into my career. Because most of us spend more time with co-workers than loved ones, I hope to combine my passions to help create a work-life balance for everyone at Devine Millimet. During my years in the legal field, I have also pursued my passion for health and nutrition. Beginning in 2000 with my first Reiki attunement, I have studied holistic animal care with Marie Cargill, LICAC, homeopathy and alternative health care with a focus on food and nutrition. In 2017, I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with a certification in health coaching. Most recently, I studied through the National Academy of Sports Medicine to add personal training as a tool to help people live healthier lives. My position at Prince Lobel Tye LLP afforded me the freedom to put my passions to work by creating a healthier workplace. Now at the Granite YMCA, I am working to reach more people seeking accountability in their quest for health. Specialties: As a legal assistant, I have found myself as a "Jane of all Trades" from office management to minor computer maintenance. As a health coach, I have implemented such transitions in the office as nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, reducing access to sugary snacks, and increasing access to physical activity. As a personal trainer, I am assisting people to solidify the positive changes they make in their health.
