I am a university graduate with six years’ experience in administration and customer service. I have achieved a Bachelor of Criminology (with Distinction), and have also completed a Certificate III in Business. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). I have extensive experience in stock flow management and sales data analysis. I also have several years’ experience in administrative support such as liaising with stakeholders; generating reports, standard form letters and spreadsheets; answering phones; scheduling rosters and meetings; data entry; fleet services and mail distribution. I also have animal husbandry experience from my volunteer work at Geelong Animal Welfare Society and Geelong Animal Rescue; and experience facilitating and supporting communication between at-risk children and their families through the Shine for Kids Prisoner Invisits Program at Barwon Prison, assisting children to bond with their parents in prison through creative activities and games.
