Wellesley, Ma

I recruited, trained, coached and mentored chapter staff of 14 with a $7.45M annual budget, moving from crisis orientation to proactive planning approach. I established strategic plans to expand Board nominating process and created strong, detailed event plans to stabilize and grow key events. During my tenure, revenue at JDRF Chapter increased by 231% (from $2.25M to $7.45M) over 11 years with double-digit growth 9 out of 10 years through high-level execution of event strategies and development of strong donor pipeline.

Greater Boston Area

I worked as a consultant to re-vamp their special events department.

I established fundraising program including direct mail campaign, special events (Gala, Golf) and major donor program. In addition, I managed PR consultant to expand awareness, and assisted with establishing and transitioning to second state office.

New Jersey

I partnered with original funder to establish this volunteer nonprofit named in memory of funder’s mother to serve people in need in NJ. The scope of the role included:* Development of original Board of Directors, including establishing roles and expectations, and conducting Board retreats and trainings. * Establishment all fundraising efforts and programs including direct mail, special events and corporate campaign.* Establishment, organization and supervision 14 annual deliveries of donations and programs throughout NJ to wide variety of social service agencies.

I organized highly successful dinner event for over 400 lobbyists, educational organizations and corporate supporters by expanding corporate sponsors with new recruitment model.

I organized and supervised successful special events for nonprofit affiliate office with a $1.4M budget ranked number one in national organization. Events involved the coordination with volunteers both on committee level and event level projects. I established and administered program development and budgeting designed to broaden community services and fundraising efforts for new branch office.
