Four-year long-term international assignment to German AREVA headquarters as the technical engineering discipline lead of a 6-12 person multi-disciplinary team.- Developed Aging Management Programs for a European new build, satisfying international regulatory requirements and assessing the integrity of primary systems structures and components during long-term operation (post-40 years of plant operation).- Developed life extension submittals for a European plant, including the Aging Management Review of primary systems structures and components generally following the U.S. license renewal process to assess system, structure & component integrity during long-term operation (“First-Time Evolution” for AREVA NP GmbH).- Provision of subject-matter expert input into emergent contract proposals, as well as constant interaction with core team members / the customer to provide coaching and expertise, resolve technical issues and customer comments, and involve the appropriate technical experts within AREVA internationally.

Expertise in engineering resolution of generic industry issues and use of codes and standards.- Provided continuous support to domestic and international clients toward component qualification testing, as well as engineering resolution of various nuclear safety issues for domestic and international clients, online and outage nuclear safety related and non-safety related materials and component issues, and applying familiarity with industry codes and standards.- Provided technical support as a consultant to resolve primary and secondary component and material degradation issues for domestic and international clients; authored the Protective Coatings section of the Design Certification Document for a U.S. new plant), and performed reviews of / provided input into power plant modification calculations.

Maintenance -Provided continuous tech support to Operations and Maintenance to resolve mtrl degradation issues.-Performed preventative and emergent field inspections / walkdowns and engineering oversight to help resolve equipment issues, and subsequent trouble shooting activities.-Provided tech support in Operability Determinations, developed repair plans, and provided engineering oversight of field work.System Engineering -Managed BWR BOP systems: Primary Containment Instrument Gas (PCIG) and Condensate. -Implemented performance monitoring and trending techniques to identify adverse trends. -Recommended corrective actions to correct adverse trends: procedure changes, corrective maintenance, PI revision, design changes, long-term-plan changes, and monitoring/trending adjustments. -Attended the PSEG Nuclear “BWR Integrated Plant Operations Course”
