Title awarded following my pro-active, and independent proposal of a new, innovative and live reporting system utilising PowerBI, Salesforce and Excel to replace the static and often inaccurate system that was in place. Collaborating with teams across the organisation, including legal and technology, I wrote specifications for the systems, developed the reporting tools and documentation. I also project managed the process through proposal, development, approval, and adoption by carefully balancing change management as well as quality assurance, GDPR considerations and source control. This system is now celebrated by managers for immediate insights, technology as an example of best practice and team members for ease of communicating their workflow.

Course leader and teacher of chemistry and numeracy for the Preliminary Year in Veterinary Medicine and Science. Implemented a new numeracy module. Responsible for cross-school liaison and module assessment. Personal Tutor. Use of data to monitor progress and inform interventional support.

Contracted to deliver a number of ad-hoc projects on behalf of the Global and European Commercial Analysis teams. Projects included analysis of marketing effectiveness, benchmarking to facilitate sharing of best practice and epidemiology studies to assess market opportunities.

Working both alone and as a member of a team, gained a firm understanding of sales and marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry from an internal and external perspective.Analytical project design, strategic interpretation and delivery of results at global, regional and national levels (for example in: product forecasting, launch planning, resource allocation, market analysis).Sales force strategy and deployment including consideration of the human resources implications.
