Adverse Experience Reporting Coordinator: Reviews and processes, according to Standards of Procedures, all adverse experience information received on a worldwide basis that involves a Merck marketed or investigational product. For domestic prompt and periodic reports, prepares FDA (3500A) for submission to FDA. Prepares a CIOMS report for reporting international adverse experience information to the FDA. Generates follow up correspondence to physicians and to other health care professionals concerning domestic adverse experiences received for Merck US marketed products.

Answering medical information questions for Centocor products. Accountable for tracking and entering all medical information requests via the Information Request Management System. Precept new employees. Interact with other medical personnel to effectively provide and manage customer service. Collect and record adverse event reports and forward to appropriate personnel.
