For the last 26 years, I have expanded my knowledge in management and operations within 3 remarkably diverse industries.For 13 years, I was the Office/Project Manager for a construction company. I supervised inventories of materials, purchased needed supplies, transacted and assisted clients, maintained staffing, and assisted with Accounts Receivable/Payable. This position was exemplary by fulfilling my eagerness to connect to persons within our community, since I was new to the area, from various occupations.I was approached by a leadership colleague about a Supervisory position within the Banking sector. For 6 years, I serviced our family of clients and led 8 team members within our location. I worked with federal and local authorities on numerous cases and became well versed on fraud and theft activities. I was promoted 3 times within the banking sector with the final position being a Bank Manager. In 2014, a wonderful opportunity was referred to me by a non-profit committee colleague. I occupied a Clinic Manager position for a Federally Qualified Health Center. Within the next year, I managed their 2 largest Health Clinics. In 2016, I was promoted to a newly created position as the Clinical Operations Lead and in 2018 became the Director of Clinical Operations until August of 2020. Included in this position, I oversaw the operations, budgets, patient experience, federal audits, and quality care of 11 medical clinics and 6 other departments which included 150 personnel. I was involved with discussions with federal and state legislators on what the communities and the organization needed to better service our patients. The connections I have within the political arena has benefited organizations in the past and will in the future as well.In addition, I have served or been involved with a multitude of no-profit organizations. I was an active member for 10 years with the Junior League of St. Joseph and served as President. I was on the Board of Directors for our local YWCA and served on a myriad of committees for a number of years. Finally, I served on multiple committees with our local United Way Agency for 7+ years.In completion, my aspirations for the future is to continue being devout, true, faithful, and regardful of others.
