- Case Facilitator for the Case Management Program - serve as the liasion between the client and the the Department.- Manage high profile projects such as complex commercial construction projects expedited green projects; projects with new building design concepts and places of worship.- Facilitate Consultation Meetings with stakeholders.- Web Content Expert.- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing, testing preparing and implementing new forms for web use and training of the web information for DPS business process- Plan and coordinate internal participation in county wide outreach events- Interact with neighborhoods and community organizations; participate in meetings for the identification and solving of problems and issues- Provide special information/interpretations related to construction practices, zoning requirements, permitting processes, and procedures for the appeal of regulatory decisions.- Selects the client-intervention strategy most appropriate to the client's expression of need, after considering a wide range of strategic options.- Reviews construction and site plans for procedural completeness and to determine design adequacy and zoning compliance. Design-adequacy determinations involve paraprofessional review of structures such as fences, decks, and small accessory buildings.
