My responsibilities include, Staffing, Scheduling, ISP's, Meeting with families, Potential resident assessments, Charting, Updating PCP and other MD's, Medication administration, End of the month quality checks on medications, documentation. In-Service's for re-education with staff, Training staff, all clerical work in the office, Tours for potential residents, medication ordering, being on-call and scheduling an on-call incentive program, Updating and maintaining the care plans when required and needed.
