I am currently a senior at Tompkins High School, and plan to study Human Resource Management (HRM) as my major in college. In pursuing HRM, it will allow me to follow my passion to support businesses by placing the right people in the right positions to make the people and business successful. I enjoy working in teams, believe in effective communication, and the challenge of leadership roles.As a current member in the National Honor Society since 2022, the Society has provided the opportunity to explore my passion for volunteering and giving back to the community, for example: volunteering at St. Gabriel Project and Katy Christian Ministries. Being a member of National Art Honor Society, I take joy in creating art pieces which has impacted my life. Having entered competitions, I received the highest ranking in VASE competitions for the last four years and awarded a blue ribbon in 2023 at the Houston Livestock Rodeo competition. Premier Martial Arts has given me the exposure to working in a business as a summer intern and an Outreach Program Coordinator. This working experience has provided an understanding of how a business works.
