Current- Administers company’s Learning Management System (LMS) including developing and documenting processes for content authoring, and implementing new features on the platform to improve the learner and administrator.
- Supported an LMS migration through learning new platform functionality, and creating plans to shift existing use cases to the new platform. Created test plans and documented new processes for administration in the new.
- Administers the website for technical certification exams. Administration includes updating/creating exams. Developed documentation for how-to guides and best practices on exam administration.
- Assists partners, customers, and employees for troubleshooting and questions related to the LMS, certification exams, and search.
- Collaborates with multiple third-party vendors to understand new platform and to troubleshoot emerging issues.
- Maintains and expands the Coveo platform used for both website and employee searches for technical content. Reports on key metrics to identify lower performing search queries and identifies methods to improve.
