This position is responsible for managing Executive Briefing activities and Solution Center operations. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintain a repeatable process for executive briefings reflecting best practices and industry benchmarks. Responsibilities include physical day-to-day operations of the center working with sales, exec leadership, marketing and other areas of the company to create, plan and execute customized experiences for our customers, prospects and partners. Provide the tools necessary for the sales team to advance customer sales opportunities; as well as provide clinical consultation to internal departments related to products, processes, and workflow.

This position involves working with sales team members and is responsible for providing on-site consultation to customers including nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy staff and senior hospital executives to advance the sales process by representing to the customers the benefits of the automation product line. This position also involves being an expert in nursing and anesthesia automation products, technology, clinical workflow, competition and strategy; assists sales management with strategic planning.
