I am crossed trained as a 911 call receiver, police dispatcher, & fire dispatcher. Our agency provides service to 11 fire departments & 8 police agencies. I implement high levels of customer service, decision making, innate & acquired skills of judgement & reaction to emergency calls for service from the public & facilitate the coordination of response from the police and fire departments. I teach our Call Receiving Academy & train one on one with newly hired Telecommunicators.
