My passion is Criminal Justice, specifically juvenile justice. I have not yet been fortunate enough to work directly in the criminal justice field, so I have been working in closely related fields. Most recently, I have worked with individuals who struggle with addiction (drugs and alcohol). The experience that I have gained working with addicts has given me an added edge to my education. I have also worked with families in crisis, whether it be the parents or children, or both. I worked closely with the courts in ensuring that the families followed court ordered treatments (drug court, therapy, drug rehab, and other CPS mandated programs).
