I also developed the digital collaboration tools and the digital ways of working, and ensured that employees around the world can make the most of them. I was responsible for creating and executing the marketing and communications strategy both in print and digital channels. I managed the website update project, where the content of four websites was combined into one and brought onto a new, modern platform. I was also responsible for event planning and organising. I drew the budget for marketing and communications and was responsible for monitoring it.
