Manage technical reports/procedure for pirated films discs, including all correspondence between UK/USA Studio and Motion Picture Association (MPA), USA. This will also include identification of characteristics linking discs to various replication plants throughout the world.Manage quarterly statistics, using I2 (Intelligence Database). Analysed statistics to monitor trends of seizure type leading to operational changes in investigations and submission requirements for future business plan/budget.Introduced documentation set up for the ‘accreditation’ programme. This included detailed ‘Terms & Conditions’, Questionnaire, Certificates and maintenance of all other documents/website.

Managed promotion of handset upgrade programme and value added services (VAS) via UK and India based call centres.Responsible for identifying target customers, setting key messages, managing scripts/training, MIS reporting, identifying areas of weakness and driving through performance improvements. AchievementsHandset upgrade programme transformed from a high cost, low return operation to an efficient high volume route to upgrading customers’ to new higher value handsets, which saw the cost of upgrading each customer fall from £105 to £68.Increased usage of VAS whilst generating leads for future activity.

Managed projects which impacted on Marketing from conception to completion, on time and to budget. Projects managed included National Code Number Change, Disabilities Act and Distance Selling Regulation. Worked with virtual teams across the business incl. Technology, Customer Service, Legal and Marketing.
