I worked for a start-up company writing technical manuals and a customer service manual for their new software. These are very extensive and had never previously been done, which required complete creation.

I was employed with Wells Fargo for a year as a teller assisting customers, working with large amounts of money, helping people find solutions for their investments, and several computer programs.

I worked in a tax firm preparing tax returns, financial summaries and reports. I helped with billing, advising, customer support, and tax preparation. I was fluent in their software programs, and good terms with all their clients.
