-A virtual, outpatient eating disorder private practice- Serving clients located in DC, Maryland, Virginia, or Wisconsin.- In-Network with Cigna and Optum/United. Superbills may be provided for out-of-network benefit use.

• Provide training, staff development, and administrative oversight to support the overall health of theclinic including conducting regular consultations with the clinic owner to implement strategies for fiscaland clinical efficiency and to identify opportunities to improve client care, quality and effectiveness.• Spearhead clinic’s community outreach and engagement efforts, in collaboration with franchise ownerand consistent with guidance from Ellie Corporate Outreach Team.• Provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals, including signingclinical documentation for pre-licensed providers.• Provide training, staff development, and administrative oversight to support the functioning of theclinic.• Maintaining a clinical caseload

- Program Director for CFD's largest outpatient clinic in the US with a current client census of 35.- PHP/IOP levels of care operating 6 days per week for adults and adolescents.- Coordinating with UM on insurance coverage issues and assisting staff with peer to peer reviews.- Coordinating with admissions on determining appropriate levels of care and referrals as needed.- Weekly supervision for 8 therapists and overseeing staff of 18. - Running facility budget and managing expense reports monthly.

- Provide individual therapy to 13 women living in an Alternative to Revocation Halfway House operated through a Department of Corrections contract.- Facilitate group therapy daily, including: DBT Skills, AODA treatment, Relapse Prevention, Spirituality, and Trauma Therapy.- Coordinated with probation/parole officers, social workers, case managers, and community agencies.

- Provide individual case management/therapy to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness living in the community- Travel to Clients' homes for home visits and medication deliveries- Develop, implement, and track appropriate documentation, such as: progress notes, treatment plans, progress summaries, and more.- Key member of ACT treatment team, including: case managers, supervisors, psychiatrists, and local community agents.
