I have heavy experience in hospitality with executive positions at Bellagio and Aria Resorts managing teams of 500+. Expanding this passion into the future generation of hospitality professionals, I am a founding member of the Bacardi Center of Excellence located within the Chaplin School of Hospitality at Florida International University in Miami.I spent over 4 years building and implementing Bacardi's On Premise (Hospitality) strategy; first with the creation of the NEW customer marketing department and then leading the national commercial efforts as Vice President/Managing Director - On Premise, covering national accounts, field sales, brand ambassadors, and trade marketing programs across North America and Canada. My team of account executives is highly awarded with the coveted Vibe Supplier of the Year award (4 years in a row) as well as top of the industry for independent venues and advocacy programs.
