Harvest's record includes 12 consecutive years of growth and 30% EBITDA. FLM+ acquired Harvest in 2017 and rebranded to FLM Harvest, adding the firm's deep consumer insights to its practice. In 2021, the marketing, communications and consulting firm - a wholly owned and independent subsidiary of Land O’Lakes - rebranded to Curious Plot. As a member of the Board of Advisors, Heidi lends her strategic marketing communications and business expertise to clients along the entire food supply chain, including ag input manufacturers, commodity checkoffs and farmer cooperatives, food manufacturers and distributors, specialty grocers, and premium food and beverage brands. She has been called on to advise some of the world’s foremost farm and food/beverage companies, from St. Michelle Wine Estates to CHS and Land O'Lakes.Nelson graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a degree in journalism, attending on a full music scholarship.
