Managing 25 direct reports in the PCBA PSTW area. Versatile in making commits to the customer and ensuring on time delivery. Also had the flexibility with the constant changes the customer had. Providing high quality and guidance to the team ensuring quality is met to avoid getting NMR’s.

Quality tech for VIA. Supported all quality inspectors with questions with VIA. If an NMR occurred, I would follow up with it. Often, I would get it overturned due to knowledge with IPC and the GCR. I would set the priorities with the quality inspectors to ensure shipments were made for Operations.

Inspected every customer that IEC had. IPC Certified to ensure quality was always met. Focused and methodical while inspecting, with few rejections from the customer.

Managing 20 reports in a Clean room. CRT’s (Cathode Ray Tubes) were coated in, and the gun was mounted in this area. All products made were for the military. My dedication to quality was always strived for daily.

Worked in the Failure Analysis Lab. Observed and investigated CRT failures, increased efficiency in the lab. Conducted quality control.

Class 10,000 Clean room. Did the coating, lacquering, and aluminizing of the CRT’s. Performed quality control procedures.

Completed screen printing, operated surface mount machines. Ran Fuji and Universal machines. Ensured thruput and quality was always met.
