I perform office duties for the Consumer Packaging Goods department. I am in charge of travel and expense reports for the staff. I create reports and analyze them to help business exceed forecast.

I managed 20 plus employees, making sure to set goals and to achieve or exceed those goal expectations. I was in charge of training and hiring process of every new employee. I was also in charge of constant recruiting for new opportunities for the store. I was in charge of the visual layout of the store and merchandise updates.

I managed 15 employees and was in charge of making sure the store exceeded forecast for each month. I held different contests to encourage the employees to add on different items to help reach goals. I was in charge of training, recruiting, and hiring of all employees. I also did all merchandise updates and displays. I managed the buying of clothing into the store with certain guidelines followed.

I answered phone calls from customers regarding their bills, promotions, or other questions. I also helped out as a Lead for some period as well where I handled escalated phone calls from customers.
