Responsible for increasing the charter school’s impact on students by providing academically and sociallyenriching school outings three times per month, and consistent one-on-one support throughout the school yearfor non-academic concerns to 300 students and their parents in Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Northumberlandand parts of Chester Counties.• Manage venue sourcing, contracts, materials, finances, program, and relationships for school outings.• Collaborate with Enrollment Department during their sessions, community events and active recruitment.• Assist families with technical issues, requesting days off and solutions via email, phone and/or home visits.• Monitor all aspects of daily attendance in accordance with PA’s Department of Education regulations.• Familiarize parents and students on the utilization of technological tools such as Blackboard, BlackboardCollaborate, and parent/student email and ensure they have all technology and/or curriculum supplies.• Recruit specialized teachers for programs to help develop the social side of students.• Maintain and update department’s webpage on events/programs and create corresponding digital mediasuch as brochures, flyers, fact sheets, statements and videos to promote events, programs and curriculum.
