Heidi always wanted to make an impact in her students' lives, develop action plans, coordinate support with parents, and see impressionable minds flourish and gain confidence. From educational career highlights of developing professional learning communities to leading district staff development sessions, facilitating conversations, and mentorship- she can bring a wealth of experience to crossover these skills. This new career is a real family affair, co-running and nurturing the family business.
