MRP ControllerAs a MRP coordinator I coordinate with the activities of all departments responsible for delivering products to customers and suppliers on a schedule. Ensure vendors maintain the correct inventory for all raw material and assembly / packaging components. Maintain data quality and integrity within appropriate planning tools including accurate outage dates, current inventory, purchase order entry and receiving master data and Bills of Material. I drive issue resolution for any technical problems interfering with completion of the agreed production schedule. Reviews and challenges orders, such as (MOQ), lead times, safety stock and Economic batch quantity. Review customer orders to ensure MRP for planning supply orders for the most economic order quantity. Reviewing output from the MRP generation and initiating new and/or revised purchase orders for data, raw materials, packaging components, basic products, and sub-assemblies to align planned supplies with demand. Managing supply of products from internal trading partners and external suppliers. Identifying and planning delivery priorities. Inventory and stock optimization. Extensive knowledge with SAP/ MRP/ Planning systems. Presenting monthly and yearly reports to Senior Management teams on inventory levels against budget. Evaluating impact of feature activity and other demand fluctuations on the material supply plan. Adjusting planned supply orders to maximize service level goals and minimize inventory levelsControl of large budgets in sales in excess of £1,000,000.

To perform a daily review of the current order book, ensure delivery dates of customer orders are met and to proactively inform the Sales Department of any issues. To ensuring sales orders are despatched and invoiced on time. To investigate, calculate and report on all order book risks. Track the Order Book value daily and OTD. Prioritising orders. managing logistic complaints and project orders. Negotiate rates with external transport providers. Track and monitor freight spend (both external/ internal).Assist & evaluate needs with shipping points, services, weights & freight permits, and any other information needed to transport goods.Process necessary invoices to the appropriate office for payment. Ensure the accuracy of all sales orders and shipping documents. Complete monthly, weekly and daily management reports linked to department KPI. OTD Analysis. Clean Orders and ensure deliveries are accurate. Support with or lead special projects and ensure effective security processes are followed. Satisfy internal & external customer requirements.
