With over 17 years of dedicated service at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, I bring extensive experience in both Human Resources and Medical Education. In my current role as a Residency Program Coordinator for the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, I manage key aspects of the residency program, including program and project management, recruitment, onboarding, process improvement, and event coordination.Beyond my work in medical education, I have the honor of serving as the President of UCLA Staff Assembly and as a second-year delegate with the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA). These leadership roles have provided me the opportunity to advocate for the needs of UCLA staff, foster professional development, and create meaningful connections through collaboration with executive leadership and various campus committees.My passion for developing effective programs and improving processes has been the foundation of my career. I am committed to creating supportive environments that promote growth, inclusion, and excellence in both educational and staff-centered initiatives.
