- Responsible for Express’s Women’s woven Top & Knit business - Coordinates product development and ensure best sample deliver to buyer in a timely manner- Costing and communicate best price to buyer in a timely manner - Construct Time and Action Calendar in the beginning of season which incorporate the desired order call date and anticipated garment delivery date- Work closely with Technician to ensure smooth and timely transitions from development to production- Place orders and give projection to factories in a timely basis and ensure timely feedback - Manages day-to-day production tracking, including fabric status, tracks production performance and proactively addresses potential delivery problems with supplier management, both to factories and to buyer- Ensure that factory and internal team understand and timely adopt new process and procedures to improve delivery and quality performance - Focal point in communicating with suppliers on day-to-day issues
