Responsible for understanding various processes and data streams to maximize HEDIS hybrid results. Established excellent knowledge of HEDIS Technical Specifications, HEDIS data sources backend tables and data integrity. Was responsible for performing detailed analysis of eligible populations related to HEDIS reporting, samples and chases for annual HEDIS reporting using certified software.Consulted with business partners to determine specific business requirements in order to address the most highly complex and varied business needs.

Translated business requirements into system specifications. Resolved, performed root cause analysis, and implemented preventative actions for operational and system issues. Upon successful completion of system enhancements I wrote training material specific to those enhancements as well as completed the training for Commercial Large Group Setup

Support Group Setup as well as several internal partners, including Billing, Enrollment, Certs, and Account Services. Coordinated training and material for Large Group Setup, as well as 2 – 9 Small Group in Madison, WI for Core processing. Quickly and effectively solved customer challenges.

Responsible for creating training material and training how to work a platform mismatch report. This resulted in reduction of errors by more than 11,000, ensuring that all upstream and downstream partners had the right information in order to make informed decisions Was a subject matter expert for MTV group builds, specifically Mass Adjustment processing when benefit changes were needed for a large number of members.
