Responsible for scheduling multiple product cells with focus on customer requirements. Assigned a high maintenance customer product line, requiring daily customer interaction. Procure lead-time sensitive material to ensure production maintain the revenue throughput required to meet company goals. Work with engineering to support short cycle time in the production of new products, for shipment within requested timelines.

Responsible for establishing and meeting production schedules, by controlling load factors and ensuring maximum usage of all available resources, including labor, materials, machinery and plant/unit/process capacity. Oversee materials demand procurement and inventory, including management of four Material Handlers in two shifts.

Responsible for translating sales forecast into accurate material plans, optimizing manufacturing capacity and management of inventory levels, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Management of supply chain in preparation of product launch, including material readiness, production process readiness, design file release and transfer to CM, capital acquisition and deployment, order fulfillment system readiness, production quotes, capacity planning, pilot build management and production hand-off.

Responsible for creative resolution of high-impact Motorola ISG problems and the preparation, establishment and execution of innovative plans and schedules for any function within the company that requires the completion of planning tasks. Primary area of focus was 7 SMT production lines running 3 shifts daily supporting all of the Motorola option boards and unit fit plans.

Planned, scheduled, coordinated and monitored final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Worked from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinated production plans to ensure materials were provided according to schedule.

Liaison between Engineering, Sales, and Production, for the development and introduction of new products. Member of MRP implementation board and responsible for adapting current procedures to manufacturing software.
