As the President and owner of The Fredericks Company, a manufacturer of tilt and vacuum measurement products in Huntingdon Valley, PA, I bring over 30 years of experience in manufacturing to the table. My background includes work in operations, engineering, and sales. Prior to Fredericks I served as an applications sales engineer for a flow meter company and technical sales manager for an industrial coatings company.In 1996, I joined The Fredericks Company and spent the first few years of my tenure holding positions in operations and sales. My engineering and business management background was crucial to my success in these roles, and I was proud to lead the company's efforts toward lean manufacturing.Since then, I have been driven to continue to make The Fredericks Company an industry leader. Not only have we made significant advancements in operations and product development, but I have also been at the helm of rebranding and business development strategies that have given The Fredericks Company the momentum to continue moving forward successfully.In addition to my professional achievements, I am committed to volunteering and supporting manufacturing in Pennsylvania. As a woman in the industry, I am passionate about promoting gender diversity and empowering women to succeed. I have been actively involved in various volunteer organizations dedicated to supporting small and mid-sized manufacturers here in the Commonwealth, including serving on the board of a non-profit focused on ensuring PA manufacturing remains resilient and is at the forefront of advanced manufacturing innovations.Through my volunteer efforts, I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of others and give back to my community. As a leader, I take pride in building and motivating high-performing teams. I am passionate about empowering individuals to succeed and constantly strive to improve our company culture and work environment.
