Current- Manage oral history projects (Living Oral History Project--in collaboration with the African American Cultural & Historical Museum; LGBTQ+ Washtenaw Oral Histories; AAPI Washtenaw Oral Histories)- Lead archival access and engagement initiatives: documentary films (There Went The Neighborhood); walking tours (AACHM Living Oral History Project Walking Tour); local history exhibits (Let Them Play: Title IX, Sports, & Gender Equality; Jones School through the Decades: Remembering a Community; The Living Oral History Project 10th Anniversary Exhibit)- Conduct historical research and write historical narratives for a broad audience- Digitize, arrange, and describe local history records (photographs, newspapers, audio, & video)- Serve on public desks & AskUs team, answering reference questions in person & via email, phone- Plan events & programs highlighting local history; communicate with colleagues & presenters- Occasionally supervise archives volunteers; train staff and volunteers on archives procedures
