I have a master's degree in criminology from Bath Spa University and a bachelor's degree in law and psychology from The Open University. I previously worked as an assistant manager at Festival Street Kitchen, a popular food business, where I was promoted within a month of joining. I have strong skills in customer relationship management, administrative organization, and receptionist duties.In my current role, I have helped hire new staff members, managed the site, conducted interviews, completed the budget and cash up, trained new staff members, and took over ordering for the entire business. I have also worked out front serving customers and preparing food, as well as closing and opening shifts as a key-holder. I am proud of the trust and respect I have earned from my team and the owners, and of receiving a 5* EHO rating recently. I am passionate about providing excellent service and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
