I assist the owner in managing the day to day aspects of running a small auto repair facility. My primary role is working as a liason between service technicians and the customer. I create estimates and present/sell services to the customers. I purchase and coordinate all parts needed to perform repairs on vehicles. I work with vendors on assuring prompt delivery, timing and availability of necessary parts. I am the primary contact in the office for all incoming phone calls. I assist the owner of the company in many of his personal affairs. I have basic knowledge of Quickbooks where I assist in many of the AR, AP and payroll duties. I design and implement all marketing materials using various desktop publishing program as well as maintaining social media sites used for advertising.

Performed clerical and administrative duties required to run a skilled nursing unit. I worked very closely with the medical staff to provide patient care. Assembling charts, computerized patient record keeping, assisting patients with basic needs. Worked very independently with no direct day-to-day supervision.

Owned and operated a successful and profitable in-home childcare business.
