Our flagship event, "Vaba Eesti," was a grand night song festival held simultaneously at three different cities in Estonia; the main concert was held at the iconic Tallinn Song Festival Grounds. This unique occasion brought together a diverse lineup of 450 musicians, ranging from renowned classical ensembles to famous music artists, all performing to commemorate the remarkable journey of Estonia's independence over the last three decades.As the Head of Marketing, my responsibilities were promoting and enhancing the visibility of this significant cultural milestone, attracting both local and international audiences, and ensuring the event's success. To develop and implement Marketing Strategy to effectively promote the "Vaba Eesti" night song festival. Oversee the development of the festival's brand identity and messaging. Ensure all promotional materials, including digital assets, press releases, social media content, and website copy, align with the brand's values and communicate the festival's significance. Build strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders. Generate media coverage and press releases to increase awareness and interest in the event. Develop and implement strategies to engage with attendees before, during, and after the event.
