In charge of making sure the office runs smoothly by booking appointments, answering phone calls, introducing clients to their tax preparer, collecting payments, writing invoices, filing, and answering client questions.▪ Transferable skill: Being the face of the tax office while contributing to client satisfaction by making their tax office experience the best that it can be. Making sure they are greeted properly when entering, clear in what to expect during the appointment and answering any questions they may have. Being able to provide this service to them and multiple others while answering phones and keeping a pleasant and clean atmosphere.

Assisting with the management of a housekeeping crew of about 9 by making sure they completed assigned tasks, checking housekeepers work, relaying information to and from the front desk, keeping communication with laundry services, and making sure that storeroom is well stocked. Completing the demands of appearances for a 5-star resort with multiple suites, cabins, athletic facility, spa, 2 restaurants, library, lobby, events center, offices, locker rooms, and pool areas.▪ Transferable skill: Working with others in a team setting with great attention to detail, communication, and work ethic. Being able to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Being an example as well as a leader, training others and taking responsibility for a team.
