➢ In charge of the whole project and responsible for the final deliverables➢ Build and manage project team, distribute assignments and keep efficient communications;➢ Define project scope, create project management plan, and manage project resource and risk assessment;➢ Monitor project schedule, balance cost and quality, and control project change;➢ Record documents, report project schedule and lesson learnt;➢ Evaluate team performance as well as get final acceptance from client, and assess customer satisfaction.

In charge of the whole project planning and process control.To hold conference call with customer regularly to review project related issue.Lead a cross functional team to support all project related activities with optimized resources.Monitor project build report & summary, follow up project improvement actions.Analyze the customer’s demand and regularly update the capacity to meet customer's expectations.

Be responsible for customer visiting and plant tour.Manage the orders and coordinate with technical department for evaluation if needed.Evaluate the cost and negotiate with customer for quotation.Prepare documents for customs declaration and export inspection to ensure on-time delivery.
