With over 20 years of experience in education, I am a passionate and committed leader who strives to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff. As the Principal at Skyline High School, I oversee the academic, operational, and cultural aspects of the school, working closely with the district, the community, and the stakeholders. I also leverage my expertise in staff development, teacher training, and educational leadership to support the professional growth and performance of my team, as well as to implement innovative and effective instructional practices and curricula. I have just completed my Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Equity, which aligns with my mission to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in education. I am motivated by the vision of creating a school that fosters academic excellence, social responsibility, and personal growth for all learners.
