•Program development and Quality Assurance: Expanded Trillium Employment Services to Kitsap County. Trillium Kitsap is now the largest individual employment program in Kitsap County serving adults with developmental disabilities. Developed a customer base of 23 (2011) to 145 (2020). Business relationship development from 23 (2011) to 150 (2020). Led program through three Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation audits resulting and participated in annual (ten) county monitorings. Resulting in zero program findings 2017 – 2020.•Staff development: Hire, train all Kitsap staff, established team of one (2011) to nineteen (2020). Identified areas within my program to strengthen services and provide more support to staff resulting in new positions, high customer service survey results, and low staff turnover rates. •Innovative projects: In partnership with SHRM and other Kitsap Employment agencies developed outreach strategies to assist businesses with hiring people who have a disability. Oversaw implementation two grants that helped established long term system change. Provided technical assistance to all Kitsap County school districts employment programs. Created multiple pilot programs in partnership with Kitsap County, Federal Government, school districts and community partners. •Fiscal oversight and budget development: Kitsap County contract development resulting in 123% increase in growth over ten years. Identified areas to strengthen revenue by diversifying funds through grants and providing technical assistance. •Training/Technical Assistance: Selected to teach marketing quarter at the Highline College as part of the Employment Professional Certification Program. Contracted to provide technical assistance to leadership across Washington State and North Dakota on the WIOA mandates in partnerships with the Department of Vocational Rehab and W.I.S.E. As well led webinar sessions for employment professionals resulting in more than 500 attendees
