As the Director of HR & Operations at Scherer Inc. I am responsible for overseeing the human resources and operational functions of the company, with a focus on developing and implementing effecive programs and policies that align with our strategic goals and values. I have been in this role since 2017, and I have successfully led several initiatives that have improved our employee retention, performance, and satisfaction.I have over 28 years of experience in the human resources and operations field, and I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions to various organizations and clients. Prior to joining Scherer Inc., I was a Senior HR Advisor at The Weston Group Human Capital Advisors, where I provided strategic HR consulting and solutions to a variety of clients across different industries. Before that, I spent 19 years as the Director of Compensation at Sanford Health, where I developed and executed the compensation strategy and plan for the largest rural health care system in the US. I hold three professional certifications in human resources: PHR, CCP, and SHRM-CP.I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment that fosters collaboration, diversity, and growth. I enjoy working with leaders and teams to help them achieve their full potential and optimize their performance. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges in the HR and operations field. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the success of Scherer Inc.
