Current• Coordinate and administer Health Services Research & Development Cyberseminar program.• Plan and implement new Health Services research seminars.• Maintain calendar of 100+ seminars per fiscal year.• Responsible for all tracking and reporting of Cyberseminar activity.• Create and produce customized reports of all activities and available files in the HSR&D Cybersemiar program using SQL.• Evaulate CIDER (Center for Information Management and Educational Resources) record management policies, worked with staff to create new systems.• Create data collection policies and trained staff on new policies.• Oversee electronic and paper file packaging and shipment using VA policies.• Moderate 1-2 large Cyberseminars weekly, coordinating high-profile speakers and 500+ registrants along with maintaining VA security policies during each session, receive feedback 85% rating "very good" or "excellent".
