- Managed the proposal process for the cost-extension application on the USAID-funded Mureke Dusome (Let's Read) project in Rwanda, winning an additional ~2.3 million dollars.- Led the revision and implementation of the e-learning based Literacy Boost Silver Course for the 2020 cohort of over 70 Save the Children staff, auditors, and mentors from over 40 countries; combined readings, pre-recorded and live webinars/videos (including EdTech tools such as Menti quizzes and Google Jamboard), with targeted mentor meetings and Workplace engagement, practical assignments, formative assessment quizzes and a final exam to motivate participants’ deep learning and ultimate completion of the course, through Save the Children’s Learning Management System, with the support of a Knowledge Management Specialist. -Served as the literacy and numeracy focal point for Save the Children US's Education Team

-Established the Reading Comprehension Interest Group under the umbrella of the Global Reading Network; led it from ~ Sept 2018-March 2023- Provided technical assistance for the launch and/or implementation of Literacy and/or Numeracy Boost projects in Niger, Guatemala, and Cote d'Ivoire; - Provided program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation support to Niger country office during the start-up and implementation of sponsorship programming; led coordination/integration of technical assistants for ECCD, School Health and Nutrition, Adolescent Development, and Community Mobilization programming- Provided technical assistance and coaching for a $19M USDA-funded Food for Education grant in Quiche, Guatemala, focusing on improved literacy outcomes for children.- Served as project manager for the $8.6 million USAID-funded School Community Partnerships for Education/Mureke Dusome project in Rwanda.
