I believe therapy works best when there is a meaningful therapeutic connection integrated with focusing on the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual aspects of one’s life. I believe that therapy is a journey of identifying sources of suffering in one’s life and being able to reclaim healing and hope through the process. I consider it an honor to be invited into clients’ stories and being able to explore the depths of pain in their lives. I seek to offer a safe and non- judgmental space where clients can explore past experiences, feelings, and relationships in the pursuit of healing. Show less
