I am solely responsible for managing the transport facility within DHU Health Care LLR contracts.My responsibilities incorporate the direct line management and development of the transport team consisting of over 70 members of staff, ensuring that the provision of the DHU fleet is maintained across the organisation. I ensure the continuing provision of first class support to the LLR home visiting medical services. Within this role I have taken on the responsibility of sites services across the LLR division along with continuing to manage the uniform of all staff in LLR to ensure that all staff adhere to the DHU Dress Code, I also coordinated the uniform provision for the new DHU contract in Northamptonshire.During this role I also provide weekend cover for the Senior Management Team, visiting staff at remote locations around LLR, this involves problem solving any issues the staff may have.

I am also responsible to ensure that paperwork is securely handled that contains confidential information and filed correctly.During this time I have also been seconded into the role of Clinical Governance Assistant, which involves dealing with complaints and incidents in a timely manner and communicating with the complainants before liaising with the head co-ordinator when required.
