Within my 19 years of NHS employment I have continued to develop my personal skills and career progression.I can confidently bring a wide range of skills to an organisation wanting to improve and embed good practice in patient care. These abilities are eminently transferable to any business that requires a methodical and professional approach to processes. In addition to those listed below, I’m a good communicator, adept at negotiating to ensure smooth team running, conflict resolution where necessary and feel comfortable doing so with a wide range of people at all levels. Utilising internal and external networks, I enjoy building strong relationships within the role, becoming both a trusted partner and seen as a subject matter expert. I’m creative and able to understand the overarching agendas of senior leaders, whilst having an eye on the details that support those agendas.
