Spectrum Fusion was founded for adults on the autism spectrum. So many adults on the spectrum are isolated and they are not reaching their full potential although they have so much to offer. For this reason, we launched a new program called The Reactor Room - A 'Think Tank' for adults on the autism spectrum. Individuals with autism deserve a chance to contribute to society in a way that suits their personal and particular styles, but this requires a team of creative and innovative professionals to bring strategic approaches to this growing population; including breaking through traditional barriers to develop new opportunities for these adults.
