My job is to make sure that students on my caseload are able to make gains in the regular classroom with consistent, targeted intervention. This involves being a creative and interactive teacher who will differentiate and make adjustments as learning growth is demonstrated. To do this I need to establish good communication with the children and their parents, as well as with my fellow teachers and administrators alike. My main goal is to teach every child to enjoy learning. The important things for me are that they get on the right track towards their learning goals.
