Customer service, phones, memberships, tours, and registrations

Work along side participants ages 16-20 at worksites throughout Summit County. My crew and I help with the Parks and Rec/Maintenance to clean up the area parks.

At the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, I come in contact with many patrons and help make their time at the recreation center well spent. I give tours, answer phones, schedule appointments for massages, fitness assessments, orientations (new user, teen, circuit, stretching, etc.), ensure safety of all patrons and employees, and take part in the Student Recreation Council (acting as a liaison between student staff and administrators, as well as putting on events for the students of Kent State and for the community).
