I graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and a Masters of Physical Therapy from University of Colorado in 2000. I have over 20 years of experience in all types of physical therapy setting including occupational health, ergonomics, hospitals, SNFs and Outpatient orthopedics. The majority of my career has been in general outpatient orthopedics. I held the position of Outpatient Director of several clinics for 15+ years. I am now the owner and a treating physical therapist for Community Care Physical Therapy in San Diego, CA. I have a passion for quality, patient centered, outcome based outpatient physical therapy. I believe that patient education and a combination of targeted therapeutic exercises and manual therapy are often the key to success.
